Merchandise can be returned within 15 days after shipment. The product must be unused, clean, and package undamaged. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product within 5 to 10 business days, not including shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

 

All merchandise sold under discounted prices are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. JJL Store reserves the right to refuse any items that do not have tags, signs of wear, altered, misused, with smell of smoke, or damaged.
